The shopping continues....
While I was trawling around the web last week for fabrics for my SEW Hip! Strips & Bricks quilt, I happened upon a little online store called;
I had no intentions of buying anything but within 10 mins I found myself adding items to my cart and finally clicking proceed to payment.
I now have a lovely bundle of gorgeous fabrics on my desk.
I don't regret my purchase but I am nevertheless puzzled by it. What was it that prompted me to make such a hasty purchase? It's not like any of the fabrics are rare handprinted pieces - far from it.
To help clarify things I revisted I Just Love That Fabric. It didn't take long, I know exactly what it was that sold me the rest of the site.
Mexican Oilcloth.
I didn't actually buy any Mexican Oilcloth but it was the first category I choose to look at when I landed on I Just Love That Fabric.
I was particularily taken with the orange 'Hisbiscus' Mexican Oilcloth and spent a good 5 mins drooling over it. After drooling I checked out the quilting & patchwork fabrics and now I have a small bundle of fabrics on my desk.
Why was I so taken with the orange Hisbiscus Mexican Oil Cloth? It reminded me of my recent trip to Hawaii.
It's amazing what influences our buying decisions.
I Just Love That Fabric is a lovely little store that serves up great fabrics at great prices - well worth the visit.
